Line 1 is for a name - 11 characters - please DO NOT USE UPPERCASE
Line 2 is for a date only. eg - 1960-2019 or 10.02.1998 - putting anything other than a date could lead to poor personalisation

Please avoid entering the name in block capitals, as this may result in it being difficult to read.

Each glass bauble is filled with a delicate pink feathers, which will look great hung on any Christmas tree!
